  • John W. Stejer, CPM®, CCIM

    President

    John has over 30 years of experience in the management, leasing and development of commercial real estate. A native of Spokane, John graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in English/Business. He holds two professional designations including a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) and a CPM® (Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management).

  • Nate Szymanowski

    Director of Real Estate

    Nate joined the Stejer Development team in 2015. He is currently the Property Manager and Leasing Agent for the Stejer portfolio. Prior to his arrival at Stejer Development, Nate worked as a manager for a national rental company in Spokane. He brings over 7 years of experience in hospitality and customer service. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Eastern Washington University.

  • Susan Burgermyer

    Executive Assistant

    Susan joined the Stejer Development team in 1997. She works closely with the ownership and management team providing financial and property support. Her responsibilities include property financial reports, accounts receivables and payables. Susan provides excellent and personable customer service to current and prospective tenants, vendors, and real estate brokers. She moved to Spokane from England in 1991 where she worked at a property accountant for seven years with Ross, Smith & Co. Certified Accountants.

  • Steve Matott

    Storage Facility Manager

    Steve joined the Stejer Development team in 2015. He is the General Manager of the storage facilities at Stejer Development. His other responsibilities include assisting in building maintenance, storage and warehouse leasing, and curb appeal to the properties. He brings over 20 years of experience in management and customer service. Steve values the importance of personalized customer service and communication with tenants.

  • Russ Haase

    Building Engineer

    Russ joined the Stejer team in 2022. His responsibilities include building and grounds maintenance with a focus on developing long-term value for tenants, contractors and vendors within the Stejer portfolio. He brings experience as an athletic grounds and facility manager at a state university in the Inland Northwest. His past experience includes owning his own landscaping business.

  • Amy Bray

    Business Manager

    Amy joined the Stejer Development team in 2022. She is responsible for the financial activities, cash management, distribution and budgets. She brings over 12 years of experience in bookkeeping and reception.

  • Jodie Stejer

    Design Coordinator

    Jodie is responsible for coordinating all interior design work for the Stejer portfolio. She works closely with the architects, contractors and tenants during the build out phase to ensure each space is well thought out and optimizes the use of light, color and space. Jodie attended Whitworth College and has been an interior designer for almost 20 years.
