History

John Stejer started his working career in 1992 as a property manager and leasing agent for a Spokane real estate company.  During that time, John managed a variety of property types, including industrial, office and mixed-use projects.  In 1995 John went to work for Dixon Investment Company managing their portfolio of commercial properties.  In 2002 John was named President of Dixon Investment Company and served in that position for over six years.  While at Dixon, John was directly responsible for the acquisition/disposition and management of several investment properties ranging from office space to storage/warehouse to shopping centers and raw land. In 2008, Dixon Investment Company was transitioned to Stejer Development.  Since that time, John and his company have continued to develop a variety of property types including a 114-unit apartment complex, the conversion of a lumber yard to a 350-unit mini storage complex and the conversion of a Ford dealership into a fully occupied 72,000 square foot power center.
