Vision & Core Values

Our vision is to acquire and build quality commercial projects that are strategically located within the Inland Northwest market. Through responsive management, proactive leasing and strategic relationships, we are committed to building long term value within each project we own and manage.

At Stejer, we value our relationships and strive to always treat our partnerships with the level of attentiveness and respect that we appreciate. We believe this approach provides a solid foundation for successful collaborations and continued opportunities.

History

In 1995, after working as a property manager and leasing agent for a Spokane real estate company, John Stejer went to work for Dixon Investment Company managing their portfolio of commercial properties. In 2002 John was named President of Dixon Investment Company and served in that position for over six years. During that time, John was directly responsible for the acquisition/disposition and management of several investment properties that included office space, mini storage/warehouse, shopping centers and raw ground.

In 2008 Dixon Investment Company was transitioned to Stejer Development. That same year Stejer Development lead the redevelopment of the Wendle Motors property at the prized corner of Division and Wellesley into what is now Northtown Square Shopping center, a 72,000 square foot community shopping center that includes such tenants as Red Lobster, Starbucks, DSW Shoes, Ulta Beauty, Carter’s and Dress Barn.
